Ordering is straight forward, simply click on the Order Now button at the top of the page.

Then simply fill in the details of your child so we can personalise your letter for you.

Select any optional extras that you would like to include in your order.

Then follow the process through to the checkout.

We will then keep you up to date on your letter at each stage.

When placing your order you can now select the date you would like us to process your letter. This is the date that it will hit our processing queue and it will be posted shortly after.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the delivery date but we do guarantee that it will be delivered by Christmas Day.

If you have ordered letters for various members of your family it is a good idea to wait until you have received all letters before giving it to them all.

We pride ourselves on preparing a safe and reliable service, your data is only required for use with your letter.

Your child's detail are not used for any purpose and we will use your personal details to send you notifications and offers up until the delivery of your letter.

We use Paypal as our online payment provider, The PayPal site is highly secure. They use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using 128-bit encryption key (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

If you have opted in for your child to receive a text message on Christmas Day we will start sending these from 8am.

We will be processing thousands of text messages on Christmas Day morning so your text will be placed in a queue and processed as soon as it can, rest assured though if you have opted in to receive this you will not be disappointed.
